Our Gala Benefit Evening hosts up to thirty regional Chefs in a chocolate cook-off competition from sweet to savory, there is star entertainment, a silent auction, chocolate body art, chocolate fountain, chocolate Chefs, wine, champagne, and beer, and more chocolate than you can imagine. There is general admission to the festival chocolate competition and all night salsa music.

And there is an exclusive Aloha Circle VIP area with reserved seating, a full dinner, specialty wine and beer tasting. In addition to general admission reservations for the VIP area also provides exclusive entertainment, an opportunity to be upfront and close with our special guest chefs, celebrity judges and star entertainers.

• Regional Chocolate Competition Professional and Amateur Entry Openings. Categories include People’s Choice Awards, and Judges Selection for the best sweet, savory, mole and sculpture using chocolate.

Silent Auction

6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

We host a benefit Silent Auction with many great items donated from local businesses that you have to check out. A portion of the proceeds from the silent auction supports Kona's local chapter of The American Culinary Federation's Chef and Child program, and also a portion goes directly to the West Hawaii Community College Culinary School in Kealakekua for the purchase a confection oven.
